Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

Hello Everyone!
Christmas break is here, well, it's been here for almost 2 weeks :)
We both have been working and hanging out with friends who are in town.

The Tuesday before Christmas we had our Bible Study Ugly Christmas Sweater/ White Elephant/Appetizer Buffet party :D
Here is a photo of our group in all our festive sweaters. I didn't win ugliest sweater, and I was kinda offended! It's a mumu for pete's sake! and Easter Yellow! :)

Our Crew in our festive sweaters! :)

We also went to a Sioux game recently. We both wish we had season tickets, but we aren't made of money, so we just score cheap ones from friends when we can :) It was fun and we were grateful to be able to do something fun and different together.
We didn't do Christmas cards last year and decided not to this year. Maybe next year we will. I was feeling kind of guilty after getting a bunch so I made a simple one to post on here and facebook. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year from us! May your next year be full of blessings, may you set goals for yourself and achieve them because you are worth it and may you remember that you are loved by many!
It is a wonderful time of year, the beginning. A new breath of fresh air, a new start, a new beginning. I look forward to 2011. We graduate, which is exciting, and we have 3 close friends getting married! On top of that, who knows all the surprises 2011 will bring, but we look forward to wherever the Lord takes us!

Blessings and love!

Wow.

Well.
It has been about... 7 months since I posted last.
heh. No excuses. I just forget.
And I don't really think anyone is reading, so that is discouraging.
BUT... alas, I want to keep record for me and David mostly, so I am going to attempt. ATTEMPT to do better at this thing. :)

I guess one thing I can post about is that we adopted a little girl...
Her name is Francis Bean, and she is such a wonderful asset to our home!

Bear and Francis in the entry way. Francis is a D.I.V.A!

She is a beeeeaaaauuuttiiffullll dog. She is a scottie.

This is on the ride home from the Humane Society.

Another one from the ride home.

The poochies just love open windows!

This is us right before we started to bring her home. :)

We love having her (and so does Bear)
She is a very outdoorsy dog. When we got her she was 40 lbs. She has lost some weight and is very smart and a good listener.
We love her!

Merry Christmas everyone.... We'll hopefully see you around here!
